Returns and Exchanges

I will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on alwaysonholiday.store for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging.

Monies will be refunded to the original form of payment. If received after 14 days, an Always On Holiday e-gift card will be issued.

Always On Holiday merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
